When you’re ready to get started, I will meet 1-on-1 with you to conduct full fitness and nutritional assessments. I test for muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, posture, and body fat, including body measurements.

 

Then, we’ll work together to develop a personalized exercise program based on your desired goals, assessments, and areas that need improvement. I regularly monitor your progress so that I can adjust your personal training workouts and nutritional intake as needed.

 

I’ll thoroughly address your nutritional habits during the initial consultation and throughout your personal training program. You will keep a food journal and are accountable for your nutritional intake and eating habits. We review your food journal each session so that I can analyze your eating habits and give feedback and recommendations for meeting weight loss and fitness goals.

 

Your individualized workouts will involve a variety of equipment and activities. While we focus on your seven key points, I place strong emphasis on core strength to help you build a strong foundation. The core muscles lie deep within the torso, and when strong, stabilize the spine, pelvis and shoulders. You will avoid injuries and develop the functional strength that is required in everyday activities.
