
When you’re ready to get started, I will meet 1-on-1 with you to conduct full fitness and nutritional assessments. I test for muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, posture, and body fat, including body measurements.
Then, we’ll work together to develop a personalized exercise program based on your desired goals, assessments, and areas that need improvement. I regularly monitor your progress so that I can adjust your personal training workouts and nutritional intake as needed.
I’ll thoroughly address your nutritional habits during the initial consultation and throughout your personal training program. You will keep a food journal and are accountable for your nutritional intake and eating habits. We review your food journal each session so that I can analyze your eating habits and give feedback and recommendations for meeting weight loss and fitness goals.
